Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of professional work experience, ideally in outbound environments
- Background in the insurance industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets and Gmail, is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive messaging across phone and other channels
