Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid search and paid social channels. This role is for someone who thrives in performance marketing, loves experimentation, and can manage both strategy and execution.
What You Will Do
Own paid search and paid social strategy, execution, and performance; manage channel budgets and funding allocation; build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across audiences, messaging, creative, and offers.

Requirements
- Demonstrated background & experience in owning paid search and paid social for an eCommerce or subscription brand
- Previous experience managing ads on Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, Vibe.co, Tapjoy, Quora, Amazon, and more
- Strong track record of improving acquisition performance through testing and optimization
- Strong history of operating independently across campaign build, analysis, and iteration
- Experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, or performance in paid media workflows
- Deep understanding of creative testing systems and how to translate insights into better ads
- Experience working in wellness, nutrition, supplements, telehealth, or adjacent healthcare & self-care categories is required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including translating performance into clear decisions and actions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving environment
