Role Overview
The Director Financial Planning & Analysis will partner with Group Vice Presidents to provide proactive financial insights and contribute world-class financial leadership to drive business goals. The role involves identifying opportunities, driving decision-making, and improving financial performance.
What You Will Do
The Director will mentor and evaluate the NA Financial Planning & Analysis team, establish partnerships with operational leaders, and lead the development of metric-driven financial analysis.

Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Typically requires seven (7) or more years of managerial finance and/or financial reporting experience
- Five (5) or more years of experience in leading people
- Experience managing multiple ERP systems consolidated into one financial reporting platform
- Experience with managing multiple projects
