Role Overview
As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales team, creating new opportunities, opening conversations and helping grow our Cistermiser and Keraflo product ranges. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, booking quality appointments, uncovering new projects and building relationships with customers across the building services industry.
What You Will Do
You’ll be booking appointments for our Business Development Managers through outbound calls, emails and prospecting, speaking with new and existing customers, identifying exciting new projects, building relationships with customers, tracking projects and opportunities through our CRM system, and working alongside our Marketing team on campaigns that generate new business.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, driven and enjoys speaking to people. You’ll ideally have experience in telesales, telemarketing, cold calling or appointment setting, lead generation or solution-selling experience, commercial awareness and B2B sales knowledge, and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
