Dubai I Senior Growth Operator DTC E-Commerce (w/f/d)

We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to drive growth across markets, channels, and funnels for a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with specific examples of brands or accounts you’ve directly managed
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers (ROAS, CAC etc.)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)— clear communication is essential
• Operator mindset— you get things done, remove blockers, and take accountability for results

Benefits

• Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on experience and proven track record)
