We are looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team in Berlin. As a hybrid role, you will take ownership of our operational data landscape and turn complex datasets into actionable insights to drive real business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 4 years of experience in operations data analysis, ideally in a B2C environment
- Strong skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
- Proven track record of using data and metrics to improve business performance
- Experience building or optimising data models
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Business-fluent German and English
