CRM Analyst

Role Overview

As a CRM Analyst, you will execute and evolve client CRM strategies, ensuring standardization and optimization of daily operations. You will operate with autonomy platforms of automation, build and manage relational rules and multi-channel campaigns, and monitor and analyze performance metrics.

What You Will Do

Perform A/B tests, QA tests and parameterizations to ensure deliverability, compliance with SLAs and absence of failures. Use AI generative tools in the workflow to support content creation, analysis and testing.

Requirements

• Practical experience in operating CRM automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Dito, Braze, RD Station or similar)
• Experience in creating, launching and maintaining relational rules, journeys and multi-channel campaigns with a focus on QA and metrics
• Knowledge of essential CRM metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, opt-out) and application of A/B tests
• Intermediate level of Excel/Google Sheets and notions of LGPD and opt-in best practices
• Practical knowledge or notions of SQL for segmentation, HTML/CSS for template adjustments and AI tools in daily use
• Organization, attention to details, sense of ownership and ability to manage deadlines and execution priorities
• Good interpersonal communication to interface with internal areas and operational support to clients
