Digital Ad Operations Executive role at GIG Retail, supporting the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, trafficking, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Requirements
- Proficient in Google suite and aptitude to learn new systems.
- Curious mindset, with an excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, collaboration and communication skills.
- A passion for digital advertising offerings and products.
- 2-3 years experience working within digital ad operations for agency/retailers is essential.
- Working knowledge of Criteo and/or Adobe CDP is desirable.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of digital ad trafficking, optimising and reporting.
- Previous experience in/understanding of creating and managing social media campaigns, both paid and organic, using social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and scheduling platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
