Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help our giving community put more good into the world through high-quality, strategic content.

What You Will Do

Create and optimize content across channels that our giving community finds engaging, relevant, and valuable, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and use data and feedback to continuously improve content impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role
  • Strong writing and editing background across persuasive, technical, and other content types
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like SEMrush or Moz
  • Experience using analytics tools like GA4 and Google Search Console to evaluate content performance
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and/or Webflow, and marketing collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and content strategy fundamentals
  • Experience working cross-functionally and incorporating stakeholder feedback
