FP&A Manager, Finance Operations

Role Overview

Supports the Tallassee, Alabama manufacturing site within the Defense Business Line as the site’s lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. Responsible for leading the annual operating plan, forecasting processes, long-range strategic planning, financial performance analysis, and management reporting.

Lead the annual operating plan, develop financial models, analyze financial and operational performance, partner with site leadership to drive performance improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and business partnering skills.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Experience with financial planning and consolidation systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle Fusion, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to meet export control compliance requirements.
