Join Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) as a Head of Revenue Growth Management for AMEA, driving RGM analytics for pricing, assortment, promotion and trade. Requirements
- 10+ years experience within finance or commercial.
- Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG industry
- Strong strategic mindset with deep understanding of commercial and financial drivers
- Experience leading pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategies
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and convert insights into actionable business plans
- Strong leadership and influence skills to drive change across the organization, collaborate cross functionally and feed functions with market trends
- Results-oriented approach focused on sustainable growth and profitability
- Advanced writing and communication skills, and be able to interact and persuade individuals levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from other functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance)
- Analytical skills – ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
- Computer skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint is required
