Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is looking for a District Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bold, innovative, and enjoy having fun, with a minimum of five years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance in accordance with State laws
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
- Strong supervisory and coaching skills
- Thorough understanding of sales and market developments
- Thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- 3 years field experience in sales alcoholic beverages or grocery industry strongly preferred
