Sales Manager – Retail role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new retail business opportunities across Europe. The role will oversee the full sales cycle and build and manage a sales team aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Identify, pursue, and close new retail business opportunities across Europe.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, contract negotiation, onboarding, and client delivery.
- Build and manage a team of field sales agents as the business grows.
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals to retail clients of all sizes.
- Maintain deep market knowledge of retail trends and payment innovations to strengthen Shift4’s positioning.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless processes and excellent service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective retail clients, helping them identify optimal payment solutions and supporting long-term business growth.
