Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sales team, and technical staff regarding ad operations.
- Coordinate with sales team to gather campaign requirements and ensure clear communication of client objectives to the technical team.
- Collaborate with technical staff to implement and launch advertising campaigns accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Generate and deliver regular reports to clients, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Ensure that all campaigns are served in full and in accordance with client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical team, addressing any technical concerns or requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to enhance the quality of service provided to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline ad operations workflows.
