We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own the post-sales technical relationship for our strategic and enterprise customers across EMEA. The TAM will partner with customers to ensure successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud architectures, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Experience working with regulated industries, ideally financial services, legal, or compliance-driven environments
