Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and developing community-driven growth strategies. Experience in the fintech and retail investment space is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Lead the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of growth initiatives.
• Optimize ROAS through data-driven marketing strategies and community engagement.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of revenue strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve targets.

Qualifications
