Senior Manager, Marketing Technology

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology serves as the primary link between the Marketing organization and IT, ensuring Marketing has the technology, systems, data infrastructure, and technical capabilities necessary to operate effectively and efficiently.

What You Will Do

Owns the administration, governance, integration, data quality, and optimization of marketing technology platforms and provides technology training and support to the Marketing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5-8+ years of experience with enterprise technology solutions, systems management, tech-enables process optimization, building workflows, change management, data hygiene and reporting
• HubSpot experience required
• Experience with workflow management platforms required
• Experience with Microsoft Office required
• Experience with email marketing platform administration required
• Experience with digital advertising platform administration required
• Experience working in, or closely interfacing with, a marketing organization strongly preferred
• Experience with agentic and generative AI tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other mar tech stack tools required
• Experience with a large, multi-brand organization strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and organizational change
• Exceptional judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make sound, data-informed recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative to independently identify issues and develop effective solutions.
