Digital Marketing Strategist, gTech Ads (German, English)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our gTech Ads team, responsible for supporting and media and technical services for customers across our entire Ad products stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or insight-based product solutions
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, client/stakeholder management, or a similar role
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently
  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or the media-specific industry (preferred)
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns at scale with a focus on performance marketing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of, and established relationships within, a specific region or the display advertising industry (preferred)
  • Understanding of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategies (preferred)
  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights (preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients (required)
  • Ability to implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals (required)
  • Ability to report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers (required)
