Role Overview

The Head of Analytics, Data Cloud, Product Operations will lead the Analytics and Reporting team for the Data Cloud organization, applying analytical capabilities towards the most strategically important areas and topics across the business and create linkages.

What You Will Do

Define, own and evolve product success metrics, report, analyze and forecast trends of key product metrics, and make recommendations to improve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management, and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
  • 12 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding
  • 3 years of experience managing or leading teams
  • Experience with the technical aspects of analytics, data science, and statistical methodologies, data management, analytical and data visualization software tools
