As the Performance Marketing Manager for Google Workspace, you will lead the paid digital marketing strategy for Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) targeting SMBs and Enterprise businesses, and be an influential part of defining the global acquisition strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in (growth, performance, direct response, paid media, digital etc.) marketing
- Experience growing subscription businesses either in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple ad networks and channel types
- Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners in an organizational structure
- Experience in creative production and direct response media best practices across various ad networks
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
- Understanding of media measurement methodologies (marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), geo-test etc.) and incrementality measurement
