Role Overview

The Ads Metrics team is responsible for developing data-driven products at Google, driving $200B+ in annual revenue. The team guides product development and executive decisions with data, measuring the long-term impact of changes on users, advertisers, and Google systems.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions, provide feedback to translate questions into tractable analysis, and design models to mathematically express and solve defined problems.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, with expertise in coding, querying databases, or statistical analysis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis, or 6 years of work experience with a PhD degree.
