The Strategic Negotiator III will drive the commercial development and execution of advanced energy technology partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, and lead negotiations for offtake, joint development agreements, and investments related to first-of-a-kind advanced energy projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development
  • 5 years of experience in energy project development, commercial negotiations, or business development for infrastructure, power generation, data center projects, or related industries
  • Experience with emerging energy technologies such as next-gen geothermal, advanced nuclear, energy storage, and decarbonization solutions
  • Experience managing utility agreements and energy-related issues, financial modeling, and implementing clean energy initiatives
