As a Technical Account Manager, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products, leading the successful adoption of Google Cloud at organizations and managing the delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing role
- Experience in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or consulting
- Experience in translating business requirements into technological solutions
- Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers
