Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager leads the Product Marketing function within the Growth Team and acts as the strategic custodian of the high-value Lending portfolio. The PMM defines go-to-market strategy for Lending, coordinates product positioning and adoption strategy with Growth and Product teams, and builds and scales a product marketing organisation.

What You Will Do

Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for Lend portfolio, lead Product Marketing Leads in defining positioning and adoption strategy, and work closely with Head of Growth to define organisational frameworks and operating model for Product Marketing.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product leadership within fintech, digital banking, e-commerce, or digital products
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for complex financial products with measurable adoption and revenue impact
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling product marketing teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with product, data, growth, and brand teams
• Experience defining organisational frameworks and scaling marketing functions
