GoTyme Bank is seeking a strategic and hands-on Entrepreneur/Customer Segment Growth Lead to co-own the growth roadmap for its Entrepreneur and Professional segment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of commercial thinking, relationship capital, and community instinct to drive growth through partnerships, community activations, and lifecycle deepening.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or community-led GTM
- Demonstrated experience across strategy contribution, partnership management, and hands-on activation
- Track record of owning growth outcomes, not just activities
- Commercially literate enough to be commercially sharp: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, CAC/LTV, referral economics
- Hands-on and high-energy, with experience running campaigns, building community programs, or leading partnership activations from start to finish
