Governance Operational Risk Analyst role to support root cause analysis and problem resolution management for SEA region. Identify gaps across governance lifecycle, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage governance programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Professional experience in e-commerce governance, policy development, moderation operations, or related domains.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce compliance standards and internet governance, with strong business acumen and risk awareness.
- Intermediate data analysis skills (including working with datasets, and competency in Excel/ spreadsheets).
- Advanced data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.
