Requirements
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process
- Close cooperation with HR and Operations Manager in onboarding new employees
- Regular inventory control of office supplies and proactive reordering
- First point of contact for office issues and coordination of external service providers
- Management of delivery and package management
- Maintenance and update of office documentation
- Ensuring an optimal meeting room setup
- Support in offboarding from an office perspective
- Planning and organization of internal team events
