Senior Growth Analyst

Role Overview

Gozem is a pan-African company with a real impact on the transport sector and local communities. The Transport department is looking for a Growth Analyst who will be responsible for participating in the growth of the department, analyzing problems related to supply or demand, and improving our performance for drivers or clients.

What You Will Do

Your missions will include improving the performance of our incentive programs through segmentation of drivers and clients based on differentiating criteria, spatial and temporal analysis of the performance of the marketplace in our markets, evaluation of opportunity costs, and proposal of a range of incentives to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, statistics, or another quantitative field
• 2-3 years of experience (if in mobility/micromobility/ride-hailing) or more than 3 years in other sectors
• mastery of tools such as Gsheet, Machine learning, statistics/probability/ causal inference, and SQL query
• fluency in French and English
