We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth across Space&Co. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of generating new business revenue, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Deliver occupancy, utilisation, and revenue targets across serviced offices, meeting rooms, and events
- Manage all inbound enquiries, maintain accurate listings across channels, and ensure timely responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, members, and local partners to support new business, retention, renewals, and growth opportunities
- Manage the full member lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, renewals, upgrades, and expansions are effectively delivered
