Role Overview
The Analytics team empowers data-driven decision-making across our product and business units within the Grab Financial Services ecosystem. As part of our Financial Services tech family, we help scale digital financial solutions across Southeast Asia.
What You Will Do
You’ll lead our payments analytics team, collaborating directly with Product, Engineering, Design, Business, and Data Science partners to define data strategies, track ecosystem metrics, and unlock actionable growth levers.

You’ll evaluate the viability of new payment features and provide high-impact recommendations to senior leadership. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Financial Services and will be based onsite at Grab One North Singapore office, and offers significant scope to shape product analytics and mentor high-caliber analysts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data strategy, dealing with large-scale, high-velocity data in fintech, banking, or consumer tech platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring analytics professionals across distributed or regional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation, alongside hands-on expertise building dashboards in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience in Big Data frameworks and scripting (e.g., Python, PySpark, Spark) for data transformation and statistical analysis.
- Practical expertise in experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate testing, causal inference) within a fast-paced production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantitative findings into strategic roadmaps and business decisions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
