Performance Marketing Strategy Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategy Lead to connect marketing strategy with platform capabilities. You will understand the operational needs and growth challenges of performance marketing teams, translate them into scalable platform workflows and optimisation capabilities, and use data and experimentation to improve marketing outcomes.

What You Will Do

You will develop performance marketing strategies, identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and marketing efficiency across Southeast Asian markets, and partner with product, engineering, data and marketing teams to deliver, test, launch and continuously improve the cross-platform marketing automation platform.

Why It Might Be a Fit

At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, user growth or marketing technology, with experience working with marketing automation platforms, advertising technology, campaign management tools or related systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, user growth or marketing technology
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, markets or customer segments
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, advertising technology, campaign management tools or related systems
• Ability to translate complex business and marketing processes into clear requirements, workflows, rules, product capabilities and measurable outcomes
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, with experience forming hypotheses, designing experiments and using results to improve strategies or systems
• Experience working across marketing, product, engineering and data teams to deliver initiatives from problem definition through testing and iteration
• Experience using and developing marketing automation platforms to manage drip and email nurture campaigns
