Role Overview
The Sales Operations team partners with Commercial and Product to design sales processes across Southeast Asia. As the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will design, governance, and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products.
What You Will Do
Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products, improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue tracking)
- Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreement
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
- Excellent project management
- Experience leading regional or multi-market projects
- Experience in digital advertising, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses
- Salesforce or CRM certifications
