Role Overview
The Business Development Officer will develop new relationships, sell deposits, lending products, and other services of the bank, while servicing customers to ensure retention and referring business opportunities to other business entities within the Group.
What You Will Do
Develop relationships with referral sources, maintain a strong understanding of customers’ businesses, and deliver deposit and financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related discipline
- Awareness of local and regional anti-money laundering acts
- Good knowledge of local banking regulatory framework and requirements
- Proven record of exceptional sales and sound judgment
- Experience in commercial banking with a demonstrated record of success in originating new business
- Broad industry knowledge
- Excellent marketing skills
- Superior analytical, underwriting, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
