GTM Systems Lead

Role Overview

We’re hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own the technology behind Granola’s commercial team as we scale. You’ll design, build and run the systems our Sales and CS teams rely on.

What You Will Do

Design and evolve the GTM stack, own the technical architecture of our CRM, build and maintain integrations, own the wider toolset, find opportunities for automation and AI, and keep systems dependable.

Requirements

• Experience designing, building and owning systems used by a growing commercial team

• Experience with SQL, Python or JavaScript
• Understanding of CRM data models, routing, enrichment and operational work
