Senior Associate, Product Operations

Role Overview

This is a foundational role within Product Operations, responsible for building the processes and judgment needed to support the platform as it launches, adjusts, and retires products.

What You Will Do

Owning the prospectus review process, significant episodic product changes, new product launch execution, and fund liquidations.

The role serves as the operational backbone connecting Product Management, Marketing Operations, and Legal & Compliance, and plays a key support role to both Product Development and Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-7 years of experience in product operations, product development, fund operations, or a closely related function within asset management, ETFs, index products, or financial services
• Working knowledge of prospectus filings, index/benchmark administration, fund board processes, and the regulatory environment governing registered products
• Experience with ’33 Act, ’40 Act, and/or private placement product structures
• Strong project management skills
• High attention to detail and comfort owning recurring operational deliverables
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, and Marketing
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
