Great Gray is a leading provider of trustee and administrative services to Collective Investment Trusts (CITs). They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/outbound automation platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or equivalent)
  • Strong command of marketing analytics
  • Experience running email automation programs, including segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display platforms
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted marketing tools and a willingness to build workflows that use them effectively
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
