Performs essential duties and responsibilities in the following areas: budgeting, profitability modeling, financial reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
• Hands on experience developing annual operating budgets
• Experience with financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and analysis skills
• Experience with Empyrean Solution or other financial institution budgeting and profitability software
• Ability to draw important insights from analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Power BI and SQL experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize assignments and organize work efficiently
• Ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with members and co-workers on a professional level
• Must be bondable
