FP&A Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will be the key financial partner of the regional management in Asia, driving the performance of this strategic area and ensuring the reliability of financial processes.

What You Will Do

The role involves driving financial planning processes, analyzing financial performance, harmonizing practices and performance indicators, and preparing financial performance reviews.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac+5) in finance, control, or audit
• Significant experience in a similar function, ideally acquired in an international context
• Expertise in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), reporting, and control
• Experience working in a multicultural and matrix environment
• Proficiency in financial tools (ERP, EPM, BI)
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
