Leland is a high-growth consumer startup that connects people with coaching, content, and courses to help them achieve their ambitious career and educational goals. We’re looking for a talented sales professional to scale our consumer sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through sales
- Manage the sales lifecycle for Leland clients from sign up to booking a course and/or 1:1 coaching
- Help build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and other marketing channels
- Develop a strong knowledge of the 30+ featured coaching categories on the Leland platform
- Build trust with prospective clients and assist them with finding the right expert(s) and offering(s)
- Build winning playbooks, trainings materials, and other resources to help the team succeed
- Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
