Requirements

• Founder-minded and obsessive individual
• Experience in growth marketing, paid media, funnels, and conversion
• Ability to write copy, ship landing pages, launch campaigns, and interpret data
• Bias toward action and zero fear of failure
• High autonomy and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work 60-80 hour weeks
