Requirements
- 5+ years in growth strategy, operations, revenue systems, or business development
- Strong technical acumen across CRMs, automation, and AI-powered tools
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business systems from scratch
- Deep collaboration with sales/marketing teams to support customer acquisition
