Product Ops I – Innovation and Improvement Hub

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Ops to strengthen our team and contribute to the dissemination of digital product culture and principles in the Group, collaborating with the application of processes, product rituals, data collection, analysis of indicators, and development of digital product teams.

What You Will Do

To support the dissemination of digital product culture and principles in the Group; To support the application of processes and product ops rituals; To support data collection, consolidation, and updating of product indicators; To assist in conducting workshops and training for the development of digital product teams; To assist in building and analyzing product metrics and teams to ensure greater value delivery; To contribute to the continuous improvement of product ops; To execute related activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We value if you have: Previous experience as Product Ops, Product Owner, or Product Manager in digital products; Experience in innovation environments, startups, labs, or accelerators; History of operation in agile teams and multidisciplinary teams; Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PM3 or similar; Knowledge in product metrics (AARRR; North Star Metric); Background in UX, technology, or business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as technology, administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of digital product management and agile methodologies
• Product metrics and operational efficiency
• Ability with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.)
• Organizational and documentation capacity
• Basic data analysis knowledge
