Airport Services Financial Analyst (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst who can bridge the gap between airport operations, workforce planning, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will understand ground handling operations and have experience with INFORM or comparable workforce/resource planning systems.

What You Will Do

You will analyze operational hours, flight schedules, and workload data from INFORM, convert operational hours into realistic headcount and staffing requirements, and build staffing assumptions around shift coverage, supervision, productivity, schedules, and days of operation.

Requirements

• Ground handling or airport operations experience
• Experience with INFORM or comparable workforce/resource planning systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to translate operational hours into staffing/headcount requirements
• Understanding of aviation staffing, productivity, schedules, and operational coverage
• Comfortable working with both operational and financial data
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the story behind the numbers
