Senior FP&A Analyst | Business Partner for Retail

Role Overview

Act as a financial partner for the Retail business, building a close relationship with areas and understanding their priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

Follow and analyze business results, create performance analysis, projections, and scenarios to support business decision-making and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related areas
• Experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Control, or Performance Finance areas
• Experience with budget, forecast, and result monitoring
• Knowledge in DRE, financial and operational indicators, and performance analysis
• Experience in creating projections, scenarios, and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Capacity to act as a business partner, maintaining close interface with operational areas and leadership
• Experience in analyzing and presenting indicators and results for different audiences
• Excellent in advanced level
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence/data analysis tools, such as Power BI
