Senior Financial Analyst for Educational Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional to work in the area of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), responsible for budget planning, financial and commercial result tracking, and strategic support to the management of multiple educational operations.

What You Will Do

The professional will have close ties to the School Directors, monitoring the economic and financial performance of the units, conducting analysis of deviations, projections of results, and identification of risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a complete degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related areas, and solid experience in Financial Planning (FP&A), Control, or areas of financial performance management.

Requirements

• complete degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related areas
• solid experience in Financial Planning (FP&A), Control, or areas of financial performance management
• experience in building annual budgets, revisions, and forecasts
• experience in analyzing managerial DRE, tracking EBITDA, and evaluating financial deviations
• knowledge in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance indicators
• advanced Excel, including complex formulas, dynamic tables, data treatment, and financial model construction
• ability to prepare management presentations and communicate financial results in a clear and objective manner
• experience in relating with managers and leaders for discussion of results and definition of action plans
