Director, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Role Overview

The Director, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key role in shaping Gruve’s financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across multiple business units and countries, providing leadership with clear, actionable insights to drive business performance and profitability.

What You Will Do

Lead the annual operating plan and budget process, own monthly and quarterly forecasting, build and maintain the company’s financial model, deliver monthly management reporting, and prepare financial materials for the CFO, CEO, board of directors, and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including at least 3 years leading a team
• Proven track record owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a growing company
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to executives and boards
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance leaders
