Financial Analyst – O2C

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst – MDM is responsible for supporting the Order to Cash (O2C) function by ensuring master data is created, maintained, and governed in a timely, accurate, and well-controlled manner.

What You Will Do

Review and process master data requests, coordinate with FBPs and Close & Control teams, manage and monitor GMM / material master workflows, and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related O2C/MDM role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP/FSCM or similar ERP systems (preferred).
• Excellent data accuracy skills, strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to proactively identify issues, analyze root causes and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain policies and issues to internal and external customers.
• Sufficient financial acumen to ensure postings to the financial statements are reasonable and accurate.
• Ability to implement and operate within strong controls and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX/ICFW).
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work effectively with finance, commercial, tech and supply chain teams.
