Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related B2B sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to travel within Taiwan as required for territory support
- Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency for cross-regional collaboration
