GTM Product & Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

The GTM Product & Operations Coordinator will support the operational side of the global go-to-market process, working closely with various teams to ensure product delivery, buying, and store readiness are tracked and on time.

What You Will Do

The role requires strong coordination skills, operational rigour, and the ability to connect stakeholders across product, supply chain, and retail. The coordinator will support the planning and coordination of the operational side of the seasonal GTM calendar, act as the day-to-day coordination point across teams, and maintain accurate product and delivery information.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in fashion/lifestyle, retail or consumer goods
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from development through to delivery and store
• Strong project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple operational stakeholders and timelines
• Proactive relationship builder, confident gathering information across product, supply chain and retail functions
• Confident communicator, able to translate operational detail into clear GTM updates
• Strong attention to detail combined with commercial awareness
• Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI-powered project management or tracking tools is a plus
• Fluent English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage
