Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania focused on delivering a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. We are looking for a Data Engineer to take full ownership of our data infrastructure and build a scalable, secure data function from the ground up.
Requirements
- Own and manage the data warehouse and data pipelines end-to-end
- Migrate existing DWH to a cloud-based solution
- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (APIs, DBs, SFTP, files)
- Define data architecture, tools, and engineering best practices
- Ensure data reliability, quality, and security (GDPR, access control, minimisation)
- Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst and internal teams
- Document infrastructure and support data-related troubleshooting
